After making a booking with us, you will receive a confirmation email and booking invoice outlining the date and time of your booking, including the cancellation policy. There will be some online waivers attached that each member of your group will need to fill out. You can get too these by clicking the blue button on the bottom right of your invoice to save you time on the day. Please double check all the the information on your booking invoice.
We recommend quick-dry, comfortable clothing with the option to layer. For experiences in the outdoors it is best practice to prepare for all kinds of conditions. The weather in the mountain changes fast. Because of that we recommend bringing layers to adapt to different levels of energy output (increase of warmth) and weather. As a general rule of thumb avoid cotton as it can absorb moisture, but remains wet and loses the ability to insulate. We recommend wool or synthetic fibers.
For a rental item you must cancel 24 hrs prior to your rental booking for a full refund. For a Guided Tour you need to cancel 72 hours before the start of the tour.
We charge Rates $30 per hour for repair, with a 1hr. minimum. In addition we add the cost of parts and materials needed. You will be charged the full retail value for lost, stolen or destroyed rental equipment.
We do have an optional add-on for Damage Insurance which covers you for up to $500 (bikes) or $300 (boats) worth of damage on our rental equipment. You can add this on during the booking process.
